CONTEXT
The leadership team of a country practice within the organisation faced increasing demands as the business grew.
As their responsibilities expanded, the team wanted to strengthen how they lead the practice together. This meant developing a shared approach to collaboration, decision-making, and empowering their teams. The aim was to build practical leadership skills they could apply immediately in their everyday work.
THE CHALLENGE
Leadership teams rarely have the time or space to step back from operational demands and reflect on how they work together.
The team was looking for an experience that would help them strengthen key capabilities while creating room for honest dialogue, reflection, and peer learning.
THE EXPERIENCE
Catalyst is a ten-month development journey bringing the leadership team together to strengthen key leadership capabilities and reflect on how they lead the practice.
Through focused skill boosters, peer learning circles, and practical application, participants explore core leadership capabilities and reflect on how they worl together as a leadership team.
Learning circles create space for leaders to exchange experiences, challenge each other’s thinking, and apply new insights to real business situations. Throughout the journey, participants bring their learning back into their teams, integrating new behaviours into their daily work.
THE IMPACT
The programme strengthened the leadership team’s ability to lead the practice together. Through shared reflection and peer learning, the team developed greater alignment in how they make decisions, address challenges, and support their teams.
Leaders also strengthened their individual capabilities, improving communication, collaboration, and leadership across the practice.
